No. You pay one flat monthly price and it never changes with how much you generate — there is no per-character bill. Each plan includes a set volume of audio (24 hours a month on Pro) plus a daily fair-use limit: about 2 hours of audio a day on Pro, 6 on Unlimited. That volume is metered internally in characters of text, roughly 58,000 characters per hour of audio.
kreawave's Unlimited plan (€30/month) has no monthly allowance you need to plan around, but it is not literally unlimited: a fair-use limit of 6 hours of audio per day applies. Once you reach it, generation is refused for the rest of the day and resumes at 00:00 UTC (02:00 Spanish time in summer, 01:00 in winter) — nothing is queued. Full detail in the Terms of Service.
